These tools, like "Generative Extend," "Text to Video," and "Image to Video," let users create short videos from text or images.

They’ll be available on Adobe Premiere Pro and a free website.

"Generative Extend" can add two seconds of footage to the end of a video.

OpenAI is in talks to raise $6.5 billion in funding at a $150 billion valuation, according to Bloomberg.

This would boost its valuation by 74% from earlier this year. The company is also seeking $5 billion in debt from banks.

The funding would allow OpenAI to remain private for longer, despite investor interest in liquidity through public markets.
